From internet branch of your bank :

• You can make your transaction from the Send Money step under the Western Union heading in the Money Transfers menu of your bank.

• Enter the following information:

      Recipient's name

      Country: Turkey (or Türkiye)    country currency: TRY (Turkish Lira)

      The amount to be sent: the price agreed on the quotation

• Once you confirm the transaction, the "MTCN - Money Transfer Control Number" will be displayed on your screen. MTCN is a number created specifically for the transaction by Western Union in the process of sending money.
